LIME completes major communications deal with NCB.....

LIME Jamaica has completed the sale of a custom-designed communication system to National Commercial Bank (NCB), which is aimed at driving the bank's productivity and improving its customer service.
LIME collaborated with AVAYA, a global leader in enterprise communications systems, to provide the Internet Protocol (IP) based solution that will enhance NCB's internal and external telephony communications and strengthen the operations of the NCB's call centre.

The new system will feature upgraded call management software, which will enable the bank to expand its customer support through a more sophisticated Interactive Voice Recording (IVR) platform that will give customers the ability to carry out self service transactions.
LIME's managing director for Jamaica & Cayman, Garry Sinclair said: "For us at LIME it's not just about selling telecoms services but about partnering with our corporate clients to design and install unique solutions that will help their businesses to achieve the goals they set. NCB is a longstanding, highly-valued partner and we are proud to be able to empower them to be even better equipped to continue to drive productivity and achieve profitability."
He added: "The fact that LIME continues to be the telecoms partner of choice for a major corporation like NCB underscores our position as the premier provider for Corporate and Government entities when it comes to mission critical connectivity."
NCB's managing director, Patrick Hylton said that "NCB sees LIME as a strategic partner (which) will help to improve our customer experience through the provision of a reliable and efficient telecommunications solution. We anticipate an ongoing working relationship that will augur well for enhanced service delivery and thank the company for its commitment to meeting our corporate needs. "
